Any fashion tips for a teen that is in dire need for outfit help? ^^;

ummmm...... for a guy i always liked guys who had an under shirt and then a spiffy outer dress shirt over. and ive always been fond of darker clothing. then depending on the build of the guy you can deside on skinneys or just regular jeans
